Returns Policy for Azura Tech

At Azura Tech, we strive to ensure your satisfaction with every purchase. If you're not completely happy with your order, you may request a return in accordance with the following policy.

1. Return Window

  • Returns are accepted within 7 to 10 days after the order has been delivered.

  • Requests made after this period will not be eligible for return.

2. Conditions for Return

To qualify for a return, the item must be:

  • Unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging

  • Accompanied by proof of purchase (e.g. order confirmation, invoice)

  • Returned with all original accessories or documentation (if applicable)

3. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Products that show signs of use or damage not caused by delivery

  • Items returned without original packaging or missing components

  • Custom or special-order items (if specified at purchase)

4. Return Process

  1. Contact our customer support within the return window to initiate the process.

  2. Provide your order number and reason for return.

  3. Our team will guide you through the return procedure, including where to send the product.

5. Refund or Exchange

  • Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your return.

  • If approved, you may choose between:

    • A refund (processed via your original payment method)

    • An exchange for the same or a similar product

Note: Refunds may take 5–7 business days to reflect, depending on your bank or payment provider.

6. Return Shipping

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item was received damaged or incorrect.

  • In case of damaged or faulty items, Azura Tech will cover the return shipping charges.
